These Member Materials are provided as a service to FHP members, stakeholders, and providers and are meant to be educational in nature. Our member materials include: the member handbook, educational brochures, consumer versions of diagnosis based treatment guidelines, recovery materials, and member and provider newsletters. These materials give members the information that they need to make informed decisions regarding their care.
These educational materials are also designed to promote lifestyle choices conducive to improved behavioral and emotional functioning. By assisting members in developing skills to cope with behavioral health conditions, our preventive education program is an integral part of the healing process.
