Consumer Guidelines
The FHP Consumer Guidelines were written by the FHP Member Advisory Committee with consultation from the FHP Medical Director, PE&O Department, and FHP Network Providers.
These guidelines are consumer and family friendly versions of our Diagnosis Based Treatment Guidelines which are distributed to all FHP providers. The purpose of the consumer version of these guidelines is to educate consumers and families about their particular illness, encourage conversation between consumers, family members and providers, and to empower consumers and family members to take an active role in their treatment.
