Clinical Advisory Committee
The FHP clinical Advisory Committee (CAC) is a multidisciplinary sub-committee of the FHP Board. The CAC is advisory in nature and has taken responsibility for the review of and recommendations for a wide range of issues since 1996. This committee reviews issues related to the following areas:
- FHP policies and procedures
- Quality Improvement and Risk Management
- Complaints and Grievances
- Pharmacy reports
- Customer satisfaction and outcomes
- Service Center and Provider operations
- Clinical Guidelines
- Diagnosis Based Treatment Guidelines
This committee allows for the direct input of mental health professionals and consumer representatives into the operation and direction of FHP. The membership of the CAC represents the true partnering of FHP with the providers and consumers in this community.
