When you are enrolled in FHP, you will be given choices of providers closest to you. Florida Health Partners has a selection of providers to meet all the services covered under the contract.
You have the right to choose your mental health provider from within the FHP provider network. You can also change your provider by contacting your network provider or the FHP Service Center. Except for emergencies, you must see providers within our network.
If your current mental health provider is not part of Florida Health Partners, Inc., you will be entitled to a benefit to help you begin services with a network provider. Your provider will need to call FHP at the number for your Medicaid Area to discuss your care:
